Fun fitness is a program designed to introduce kids to fitness and exercise at an early age. Through fun fitness we look to provide the children with an understanding of the basics of exercise such as balance, co-ordination, movement and strength. We introduce the children to these fitness aspect via fun and energetic games that are designed to improve the aspects of fitness to help the child develop from a young age.

The fun fitness program is spread across an 8 week block which will look to cover a number of different exercises that will improve both the children’s physical and mental development.

This program has been run in a variety of nurseries and schools which have returned extremely positive feedback regarding content, coach delivery and structure of the sessions.
